There might be a white bass fishing trip in the offing soon. I have a new fishing buddy, whose son is a good friend of El Fisho Jr. We are both native Texans and enjoy fishing for a variety of fresh and saltwater fishes. He is real personable and I think he and Billy Ray will also get along, as Billy Ray is a near constant companion with El Fisho Jr and I on fishing expeditions.
The white bass will be "running" soon and according to some accounts, are already beginning to run in certain parts of Central Texas, where we plan to go fishing.
Time to go fishing.
